🎓
Top SchoolAridio Silva is a seasoned senior software engineer and project management professional based in São Paulo with a career spanning legacy mainframes to modern web 3-tier ERP and e‑commerce systems. He combines deep hands‑on expertise in system architecture, database modeling (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB), and full‑stack development (C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET, Node) with PMP‑level project and EPM leadership to deliver large, complex enterprise deployments. His background includes embedded firmware, datacenter migrations, LAN/WAN infrastructure design and successful downsizing of mainframe platforms—skills that make him effective at both strategic IT planning and low‑level technical problem solving. He is fluent in agile and TDD practices, experienced leading cross‑functional teams, and has driven digital transformation projects for retail, government e‑gov ERP suites, and automotive testing systems. Despite a formal career timeline showing seven recent years of experience, his professional roots trace back to the 1970s, giving him a rare perspective on technology evolution and pragmatic legacy integration.
