Top SchoolAriel Horowitz is a healthcare entrepreneur and CEO with 15+ years of strategic leadership and nine years of hands-on operational experience building medical and commercial programs across startups and multinational firms. He currently leads Smartest Technologies, steering product development, clinical validation and regulatory strategy for a patented, pain-reduction capillary blood diagnostics platform with active clinical collaborations and market partnerships. Previously he drove business development and complex hospital digital-health projects at Elad Health and managed commercial operations for global players like Teva, Siemens and 3M, consistently delivering revenue growth and large-scale integrations. Ariel combines commercial rigor (P&L, distributor networks, negotiations) with technical curiosity—he’s a self-described Rust, Python and Linux enthusiast—which helps him bridge clinical, engineering and go-to-market teams. Educated in industrial engineering and business (MBA), he also completed director and distributor management courses, reflecting a blend of operational discipline and corporate governance. Known for turning clinical innovation into scalable market strategies, he’s currently fundraising to bring Smartest’s CE/FDA-ready product to global launch.
