Top SchoolAriel Ledesma is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in data engineering with 11 years of experience building reliable analytics pipelines and scaling data teams. Based in Miami, he has led cross-functional initiatives at Meta to restore dashboard SLAs and improve downstream data accuracy for core product metrics. He pairs hands-on ETL and pipeline optimization (SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt) with product-minded leadership, translating business needs into measurable data outcomes. As a consultant he helped startups improve data governance and marketing ROI, turning deeply underperforming channels into breakeven or profitable ones. Ariel’s background in mechanical engineering from Stanford and early UI/UX work give him a rare combination of systems thinking and user-focused product sensibility. He’s known for pragmatic runbooks and coordinating multi-org fixes that surface both technical and validation rigor.
