Top SchoolAriel Martin is an Engineering Manager based in Buenos Aires with four years of documented software industry experience and a long technical background stretching back to leading C++ development for broadcast automation. He recently transitioned from backend C++ work on AAA game titles at Globant and security-focused engineering at Wazuh to managing engineering at Qustodio, demonstrating a move from hands-on implementation to people and delivery leadership. Ariel pairs pragmatic technical depth in C++ systems with prior tech‑lead and teaching roles, reflecting strengths in mentoring, cross-functional communication, and system design.
