SeniorAriel Seidman is a serial founder and product leader with 11 years of experience building mapping and location platforms from Yahoo! Maps to venture-backed startups. He scaled Yahoo! Maps to dominant market share in its era and went on to create Gigwalk, Hivemapper, and now Bee Maps, leading teams drawn from Google Earth, Mapbox, Palantir and other top-tier engineering shops. His companies have attracted blue-chip investors including GV, Spark Capital and Multicoin and earned recognition such as Forbes 50 AI: Most Promising Artificial Intelligence Companies. Ariel blends product-facing leadership with a deep operational sense for data-driven mapping, focusing on crowd-sourced and AI-augmented map construction. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he’s quietly obsessed with “building a map of the world,” turning large, messy spatial data into scalable products.
