Top SchoolAriful Rana is a Senior Java Software Engineer with over a decade of experience building scalable, secure backend systems for enterprise domains including travel, home care, media broadcasting, and innovation management. He specializes in Java (8–21), Spring ecosystem, microservices, and cloud-native tooling—having delivered production services on AWS, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes while applying Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch for high-throughput systems. He has a strong record of performance optimization, SQL tuning, and migration strategies that reduced manual work and improved reliability (e.g., finance reconciliation and large-data migration tooling). A hands-on technical lead and mentor, he enforces engineering best practices, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform. Based in Claymont, DE, Ariful pairs advanced academic credentials (MSc with 3.84/4.00) with a practical bias toward shipping maintainable, user-focused APIs and occasionally contributing to frontend work when it accelerates delivery. Not obvious from titles: he leverages tools like GitHub Copilot to boost productivity and has repeatedly automated migration/read-only strategies to minimize customer impact during large platform changes.
