Aritra Paul
Summary
👤
SeniorAritra Paul is a software engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building cloud-native backend and infrastructure systems, currently at Alteryx in New York. He specializes in containerized deployments and CI/CD for distributed services, routinely working with Kubernetes, Docker, Scala, Python, AWS/GCP, ArgoCD and Terraform to move projects from prototype to production. His background blends startups and enterprise internships—ranging from Android contact-tracing apps to accessibility-focused IoT work—giving him a pragmatic edge in both product and systems engineering. Notably, he migrated open-source Flask projects to AWS and built tooling to track project downloads, demonstrating an interest in observability and developer experience beyond core feature work. As a University at Buffalo Computer Science student with an early-college associate degree, he pairs formal study with a long track record of shipping measurable outcomes.
