Top SchoolArjan Aswal is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Toronto with six years of experience building production-grade web and mobile platforms from 0→1. He specializes in MERN stacks, Node.js, and AI-driven workflows—having implemented RAG pipelines with LangChain, LangSmith observability, and GPT-4o/Whisper for a multimodal quoting platform. Arjan consistently boosts developer productivity and system performance, from introducing TypeScript and CI/CD across teams to cutting webhook latency by 30% and improving PostgreSQL query performance by 40%. He blends backend optimization with product-facing features, shipping Alexa skills, Stripe integrations, OTA updates for Expo apps, and image generation via DALL·E. A pragmatic engineer and mentor, he formalizes code quality through linting, pre-commit hooks, and review processes while building reusable, context-aware AI rules that scale across modules. Outside typical deliverables, he’s quietly obsessed with observability and prompt evaluation—writing scripts to validate prompt quality and end-to-end IO consistency.
