Senior🎓
Top SchoolArjan Eising is a Front-end Lead Developer with 15+ years of experience building accessible, performant web applications across React, Vue and Angular ecosystems. He routinely leads feature discovery and architecture decisions, coaches teams, and translates stakeholder needs into robust front-end implementations for clients ranging from government dashboards to financial and healthcare platforms. Comfortable with TypeScript, Three.js visualizations, Azure pipelines and automated testing, he emphasizes privacy, security and technical robustness rather than purely shipping UI. A co-founder of the Dutch front-end community Fronteers, he brings both hands-on engineering and long-standing community leadership to interim and permanent roles. Notably, he pairs deep practical experience with facilitation skills—running event storming and roadmap sessions to align product, design and engineering.
