Top SchoolArkadi Yaroslavtsev is an engineering manager with nine years of leadership experience building and operating cloud-native SaaS infrastructure, currently leading Metabase Cloud’s global DevOps/SRE and SDE teams from New York. He has driven measurable outcomes—SOC2 Type 1 & 2 achieved affordably, a cost-efficient migration from ECS to EKS with zero downtime, a 4.5x Cloud revenue growth while cutting AWS spend by 20%, and a move to Grafana/Prometheus/Loki for observability. Comfortable at the intersection of ops and engineering, he redesigns service schemas and subscription lifecycles to unlock self-serve features and reduce BizOps toil. Earlier roles span data systems architecture, reliability engineering, and support leadership, giving him deep operational instincts across monitoring, streaming data, and cloud automation. Fully remote long before it was mainstream, he blends hands-on technical execution with people leadership and process improvements that scale. Colleagues can expect a pragmatic problem-solver who prioritizes reliability, cost efficiency, and faster delivery of customer-facing features.
