Senior🎓
Top SchoolArmando Rivera is an Endpoint Engineer with over two decades of IT experience and more than a decade focused on endpoint engineering and desktop infrastructure at major media and academic institutions. He has led global projects at Time Inc., Viacom, and Columbia University, delivering large-scale OS deployments, cross-platform security rollouts, and enterprise encryption and NAC integrations for thousands of endpoints. Known for hands-on engineering, scripting and custom tooling across macOS and Windows (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Objective-C, C#), he often builds solutions when vendors fall short—such as creating a Mac client for a password vault and automating migrations that saved millions. Comfortable managing distributed teams and coordinating with application and server groups, he blends technical depth with project and stakeholder management. Based in Mount Vernon, NY, he consistently drives change by converting complex security and operational requirements into reliable, low-impact deployments.
