Senior🎓
Top SchoolArnaud Auroux is an engineering manager based in Nantes with roughly a decade of hands-on experience building cloud-native web applications and leading small, high-impact teams. He has driven architecture and delivery across startups and enterprise programs, from designing microservices and event-driven systems on AWS to implementing .NET/Azure transformations for mission-critical services in French professional football. Comfortable toggling between backend (Node.js, .NET) and frontend (React) work, he pairs technical ownership with product-minded decision making—often filling PO/PM gaps to keep roadmaps pragmatic and on schedule. At Drop he built a serverless, resilient platform to handle extreme traffic spikes, and he has a track record of introducing DevOps, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices. A former trainer and university instructor, he brings clear communication and mentoring to engineering leadership, plus a persistent curiosity for new tech that he shares with peers.
