Top SchoolArnaud Babol is a growth-focused software leader with 12 years of experience building high-impact products and scaling engineering teams across European startups. He’s a founding engineer on multiple fast-growing companies (Spendesk, Shine, Shotgun) where he shipped core systems, revamped front-ends, and led infrastructure work that supported multi-million-dollar GMV growth and millions of hourly calls. Currently at ElevenLabs and an active investor in startups like Attio and Secoda (acquired by Atlassian), he blends product intuition with hands-on engineering to improve conversion and operational metrics. He has deep front-end chops evidenced by open-source contributions such as enhancing a tactile React sidebar with touch-drag behavior and rich UI features. Known for turning ambiguous product problems into scalable technical solutions, he also drives hiring and process design to evolve small teams into strong engineering organizations. Based in Paris, he pairs a pragmatic startup mindset with formal computer science training from Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique.
