Summary
👤
SeniorArnold S is a staff product designer focused on Trust & Safety in San Francisco with 11 years of experience building design systems and shipping multidisciplinary products. He has a track record of founding and scaling design toolchains—most notably architecting the Skeleton Design System at Dapper Labs—and turning design systems into dependable UI toolchains that accelerate time-to-market. Arnold blends hands-on engineering and design leadership, having led teams through CI/CD, visual regression, theming, and accessibility programs at companies like Okta and Dapper Labs. He prioritizes inclusive, accessible user experiences and fosters healthy cross-functional cultures that marry product strategy with systems thinking. As a founding design engineer at Otti and a long-time freelance UI developer, he brings both startup grit and enterprise delivery experience to complex product problems. Less obvious: he often bridges product and engineering by authoring roadmaps, running office hours, and mentoring teams to institutionalize design system practices.
