Top SchoolArnon Rotemgaloz is a distinguished engineer with two decades of experience turning ideas into scalable, mission-critical distributed systems across startups and Fortune-class enterprises. He has led large, cross-functional engineering organizations and architected multi-tenant, multi-cloud SaaS and analytics platforms—most recently driving data architecture and CDP solutions at SAP and now at monday.com. His hands-on background spans big data (Hadoop, Spark), real-time pipelines, ML model production, and security/compliance (GDPR, SOC, ISO 27001), and he has repeatedly cut operating costs and accelerated time-to-value for complex products. Notably, he reduced SAP’s OPEX by €3M/year and slashed ML experiment cycles from weeks to hours through efficient data and training pipelines. Based in Haifa, Israel, Arnon blends systems thinking and product-focused execution, consistently shipping auditable, production-grade solutions that bridge research, analytics and operations.
