Top SchoolArnoud Kooi is a product-minded founder and creator with nine years focused on the ServiceNow ecosystem and a longer technical background spanning .NET, big data, and IT service management. He built SN Utils from a personal browser-extension hobby into a widely adopted developer tool with 100,000+ installs, and now runs it full time to improve developer productivity and the ServiceNow experience. Prior roles as Solution Architect and Senior Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, plus hands-on consulting and engineering positions, give him deep cross-functional expertise from architecture to delivery. Based in the Greater Groningen Area, he combines pragmatic engineering with a penchant for deep dives into thorny problems and intentionally avoids freelance work in favor of product-led impact.
