Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAron Adler is a senior software engineer with 10 years’ experience building and modernising large web applications using F#, Elm, TypeScript and React. He combines hands-on implementation of major features with regular large-scale technical debt reduction, having improved codebases’ clarity and reliability across startups and scaleups. Aron blends functional-programming rigor—introducing patterns like phantom types and sum-type-driven designs—with practical product delivery, including a custom F# recommendation engine that returns results under 5s. He is an active mentor and knowledge-sharer, delivering company-wide talks and pairing frequently to raise team capability. Based in Stony Stratford, he favours automation and elegance (“make the computer do it”), turning complex domain logic into simple, statically-typed solutions.
