Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolArpit Kumar is a hands-on senior software engineer and engineering lead with 11–13 years of experience building high-performance web products and leading cross-functional teams from Berlin. He blends deep frontend expertise (React, TypeScript, Next.js) with backend and DevOps awareness (Node.js, GraphQL, basic AWS, Docker, CI/CD) to own end-to-end delivery, SEO-driven growth and core web vitals improvements. At heycar he scaled Martech and growth teams, hired and promoted engineers, and cut branch-to-master delivery time by 30% through TDD, pair programming and trunk-based practices. Equally comfortable in architecture and code reviews, he prioritises incremental delivery, capacity forecasting and measurable product impact. He’s energized by mentoring engineers and redirecting careers toward growth, pairing practical leadership with continued hands-on coding.
