Top SchoolArshabhi Rai is a Senior Technical Writer based in Ottawa with eight years of hands-on experience translating complex cloud, identity, and infrastructure products into clear, user-focused documentation. She has led content for enterprise offerings at Okta and VMware—covering Privileged Access, Advanced Server Access, Universal Directory, and Tanzu Kubernetes Grid—and previously drove product docs and site design for event-driven platforms at Solace. Comfortable across MadCap Flare, web design, and UX writing, she blends content design with front-end polish to improve discoverability and self-service for technical audiences. Her background in marketing and communications gives her a practical edge in customer-facing copy and knowledge-base strategy, while postgraduate training in technical communication underpins her structured, audience-centered approach. Notably, she pairs content leadership with hands-on website maintenance, ensuring documentation not only reads well but performs well in real product contexts.
