Top SchoolArt Kulakov is a hands-on engineering leader and co-founder with 8 years of experience building production-grade ML systems and leading teams to full retention. As CTO of Getgud.io he combines LLM and video-recognition expertise to fight cheating in FPS games while delivering game analytics that boost player retention. Previously he scaled ML consulting practices and MLOps on AWS for enterprise clients, architecting end-to-end pipelines and managing $1M+ engagements. He has a track record of shipping high-impact search and NLP systems—such as a BERT-based document search for the UK government—and building teams from the ground up. Based in Nottingham, he blends product-focused engineering with operational rigor and an appetite for managing LLMs in production.
