Senior🎓
Top SchoolArtem Innokentev is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect with 11 years of experience designing cloud-native, event-driven systems across AWS and GCP for startups and large enterprises. He blends hands-on engineering with architectural leadership, having driven migrations, defined cluster-level architecture for 30+ engineer teams, and authored ADRs and HLDs to enforce consistent standards. His strengths include high-throughput data pipelines with Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect and Debezium, secure SSO/IAM implementations with Keycloak, and infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible. He has a strong Python backend pedigree (Django, FastAPI, async stacks), experience optimizing both OLTP and OLAP workloads, and has spoken at conferences while mentoring and hiring engineering teams. Notably, he improved resilience and throughput while introducing observability and event-driven patterns that reduced debugging time and enabled independent service deployments. Based in Dubai, he pairs technical depth with business-facing skills in estimation, budgeting and pre-sales.
