Senior🎓
Top SchoolArtem Jasan is a Senior Software Engineer based in Prague with six years of experience designing scalable, event-driven distributed systems and high-load microservices. He blends deep backend expertise in Python and Java with AI-driven engineering—building RAG pipelines, custom agent frameworks, and workflow automation using LangChain, OpenAI, and n8n—to operationalize intelligent platforms. Artem has led migrations from monoliths to resilient microservice architectures at enterprises like Barclays and now drives company-wide AI initiatives and modernization at Gen. He pairs hands-on system design and observability practice (Prometheus, Grafana, SLO/SLI) with mentorship and engineering culture building. His background in industrial control systems and a master’s in chemical technology give him a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach to reliability and performance that often surfaces in how he architects fault-tolerant solutions.
