Top SchoolArtem Kravchenko is a Senior Business and System Analyst based in Berlin with over 10 years of experience delivering complex payment, banking and enterprise software projects. He has led analysis teams, built system analysis practice in healthcare at LANIT, and now drives requirements, data warehouse/BI planning and reporting at Deutsche Bank using Python and Tableau. Artem combines deep domain knowledge in electronic payments and securities with hands-on specification writing (BRD/FSD), 3rd-level support and incident management across Scrum teams. He has repeatedly bridged product, technical and client-facing responsibilities—running A/B testing and product analytics as well as coordinating with payment providers. Known for turning ambiguous business needs into auditable system designs, he also brings practical UX/UI sensibility and prior project management experience. Fluent in technical and stakeholder communication, Artem’s background as a trained translator gives him an unusual edge in precise cross-functional documentation and negotiation.
