Summary
🤩
RockstarArtem Labazin is a Senior Software Developer with 11+ years of hands-on experience building and migrating large-scale Java microservice systems, currently improving Infobip’s network and GSM modem monitoring services. He has deep expertise in Spring Boot/Cloud, in-memory data grids (Ignite, Hazelcast), Docker, and rapid PoC/MVP delivery, and has authored open-source components such as popout and redis-fpn. Previously he led cloud architecture and migration efforts for large e-commerce platforms (notably JCPenney), contributing extensions to OpenFeign and designing tooling to validate service behavior during complex lifts from monoliths to microservices. Colleagues rely on him for fast, production-minded experimentation and for bridging DevOps, distributed systems and storage-heavy edge cases. Outside work he teaches himself new languages—Swift for kids’ games and experiments with Erlang/Elixir—reflecting a pragmatic curiosity that drives continual skill expansion. Based in Belgrade, he blends operational impact with a knack for lightweight, reusable libraries that solve real-world reliability problems.
