Top SchoolArtem Mihaylov is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in CI/CD and release automation at OZON, with four years of experience building the company-wide pipeline standards that serve ~30,000 GitLab projects and support over 7,000 Kubernetes services. He architects and implements Go-based API services, Python automation, and GitLab job logic to optimize Time To Market—reducing it from 9 minutes to 6:50—and to scale deployment patterns like canary releases and N-step rollouts across data centers. As a technical lead he designed a canary release service, introduced a codefreeze policy for high season, and cut etcd storage by 30% by moving Helm secrets to PostgreSQL. Comfortable with Kafka, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana and Redis, Artem blends hands-on engineering with system-level thinking to turn complex release requirements into reliable, measurable automation. An engineer by training from Bauman MSTU, he quietly pairs mechanical-engineering rigor with practical DevOps craftsmanship.
