Artem Mygaiev is a seasoned embedded systems leader with two decades of hands-on SW/HW experience across networking, telecommunications, military, wireless, consumer electronics and automotive domains. Currently a Director at EPAM Systems, he leads a senior team responsible for the Embedded/Automotive Xen Project subteam and contributes to Linux kernel, OP-TEE, AGL and GENIVI. He has built and managed organizations of 180–200+ engineers, transitioned chip- and device-focused projects from prototype to production, and established centers of excellence for Embedded/Linux expertise. Artem combines deep low-level engineering (drivers, firmware, RTOS and SoC bring-up) with strategic program and customer leadership, having launched remote engineering sites for major silicon vendors. Active in open source since 2006, he blends product delivery rigor with community-driven development practices. Based in Kyiv, he brings rare cross-domain fluency that accelerates complex embedded projects from architecture through volume delivery.
