Top SchoolArtem V is an engineering manager based in Canada with 11 years of experience leading backend and full-stack teams across startups and product companies. He has hands-on expertise across a wide language set (Elixir, JS/TS, NodeJS, PHP, Python, Ruby, C#/Unity, C++, Java) and a track record of shipping microservice architectures, mobile backends, and high-performance search systems. As founder of a small game studio he learned product-driven tradeoffs firsthand, and later scaled teams and delivery at Techery, Briza, 11Sigma and now Tactable. He combines deep technical fluency with people-first management, driving documentation, best practices and cross-team communication in complex, NDA-bound projects. Notably, he built sub-millisecond search suggestion services and has repeatedly led Elixir-based backend efforts for mobile applications.
