Top SchoolArthur Aragão is a pragmatic full‑stack software engineer with eight years of experience building and maintaining web and cloud-native systems from Pernambuco, Brazil. Currently a Mid‑Level Engineer at CESAR and a Computer Science student at UNICAP, he pairs React/TypeScript frontends with Java and Node.js microservices, deploying via Docker and GCP services such as Pub/Sub and Cloud Functions. He has driven reusable component libraries, helped define microservice architecture patterns, and extended the life of legacy systems through careful migrations and internationalization work. Comfortable across CI/CD, DevOps and security-minded development, Arthur blends hands‑on implementation with architectural decision‑making and a knack for making internal tools more scalable and globally accessible.
