Top SchoolArthur Curty is a Staff Software Engineer with nine years building and sustaining large-scale payment and financial systems in Brazil, currently at Willbank after leadership-focused roles at PicPay. He blends hands-on backend development (Go, Ruby on Rails) and AWS/Terraform infrastructure with a strong emphasis on observability, code quality, and incident response for systems serving millions. Arthur has a track record of mentoring peers and driving cross-team initiatives to elevate engineering practices and product reliability. His background includes deep payments experience (PIX, billets, wallet integrations) and a research-rooted curiosity that led him to combine technical delivery with user-focused features—like socio-emotional analytics—early in his career.
