Top SchoolArthur Flam is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 12 years of experience building platform-focused infrastructure for algorithm engineering, MLOps and DevOps. Based in Tel Aviv, he leads a Samsung R&D platform team that removes engineering toil—shipping workflows, automation, internal libraries and everything-as-code to let teams focus on algorithms. He previously built Samsung Israel’s first open-source R&D platform (QA-Board) and contributed across the stack from low-level drivers for neuromorphic sensors to CI, toolchains and auto-tuning systems. Comfortable both as a hands-on engineer and manager, Arthur blends math-heavy academic training in ML and computer vision with entrepreneurial experience in IoT and energy systems. He’s known for turning complex research prototypes into production-ready developer tooling and cross-functional collaborations spanning hardware, firmware and applications.
