Top SchoolArthur Kerpician is a Senior Engineering Manager based in Bucharest with 11 years of experience building large-scale, production-grade systems and teams across ecommerce, media platforms, and cloud-native services. At Adobe he leads 15–35 engineer teams driving agentic AI product development, multi-agent orchestration, and AI-augmented engineering practices for enterprise customers. He redesigned Adobe’s technical hiring process and trained 150+ interviewers, enabling site-wide hiring growth and standardized evaluation across a 600+ engineering org. Previously he scaled DevOps from 0→10 at Tremend, founded a SaaS product (Scrumvee), and led engineering and SRE initiatives at eMAG and Quantum Data Science. Technically fluent across TypeScript, Python, LangChain, CrewAI, Azure, AWS and multi-agent tooling like Claude Code and Cursor, he blends hands-on architecture with organizational design. Notably, he pioneers custom multi-agent development workflows—taking orchestration beyond default AI tooling to operationalize agentic capabilities at enterprise scale.
