Top SchoolArthur Machado is a pragmatic software engineer based in São Paulo with eight years of professional experience and four years focused in IT development, currently building backend systems at OmniChat. He specializes in Node.js, TypeScript and Python, with hands-on expertise in AWS serverless and container services (Lambda, ECS/Fargate), CI/CD, and databases spanning DynamoDB, MongoDB and PostgreSQL. As a former tech lead, he pairs coding with team coaching, code review, incident debugging and backlog refinement, often translating client needs into pragmatic product improvements. He has built automation workflows (including n8n) and deployment pipelines using Docker, Jenkins and Bitbucket, consistently reducing operational toil for other departments. Comfortable across Scrum and Kanban, he blends strong testing and SOLID practices with a knack for automating repetitive tasks. Outside his title, he’s quietly passionate about process organization and using small automation wins to unlock larger team productivity gains.
