Summary
Arttu Huttunen is a research scientist and electronics engineer with over a decade of experience designing sensor and control electronics, prototyping production-ready PCBs, and developing manufacturing processes for printed and hybrid electronics. At VTT he blends hands-on schematic and layout work, microcontroller and Python programming, and practical assembly experience (pick-and-place, die bonding, overmoulding) to bridge research and industrial production. His earlier work at the University of Oulu on capacitive sensors for mobile devices added RF measurement and antenna-interaction know-how, resulting in peer-reviewed publications. Based in Finland, he combines academic rigor with practical shop-floor skills and a track record of taking concepts through to assembled hardware and fieldable prototypes.
