Top SchoolArtur Shiriev is a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10 years of experience designing and delivering scalable web applications and microservices, currently building a chat platform at Raiffeisen Bank Russia. He specializes in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy), Golang, and React/TypeScript, and has repeatedly led architecture and platform work—most recently as Technical Project Lead for a fleet management system where he implemented distributed notification and action-logging systems. Artur combines hands-on coding with team-level responsibilities such as hiring, code review and project planning, and has a track record of improving maintainability through refactoring and custom infra (e.g., Django-like models for Oracle integration). He also has practical ML-orchestration and ERP experience and a master’s in Computer Software Engineering from Innopolis, reflecting a blend of applied engineering and strategic management. Notably, he has built developer-focused utilities like a SQLAlchemy CUD-action collector and async FastAPI APIs with robust testing rollbacks, showing attention to reliability in complex distributed systems.
