Proficient in Ruby, TypeScript, SQL and Terraform, Arturo combines deep Rails performance tuning with pragmatic DevOps practices to deliver measurable business impact and recurring operational savings. He has managed multiple delivery teams, delivered on seven-figure contracts on schedule, and repeatedly saved months of work through architectural decisions and vendor-driven tradeoffs.
