Top SchoolArun Thiagarajan is a Senior Engineering Manager in Redmond with nine years of experience building AI-native platforms and large-scale cloud migration products. He has led cross-functional teams at Roblox to ship an AI workplace assistant and company-wide priority platform, and previously drove generative-AI and migration innovations across AWS and Microsoft that cut migration planning from weeks to hours and accelerated time-to-cloud by up to 40%. Arun blends deep technical expertise in databases, migrations, and LLM agent architectures with product leadership—securing executive buy-in, publishing migration playbooks, and earning patents for migration tooling along the way. He pairs an MBA from Chicago Booth and an MIS from Carnegie Mellon with hands-on engineering roots at Microsoft and AWS, making him adept at translating complex technical tradeoffs into measurable business outcomes. A not-obvious strength: he builds evaluation frameworks (LLM-as-judge, golden datasets, CI/CD evaluation) to operationalize AI quality, not just prototypes.
