Summary
👤
SeniorArvind Chinniah is a founder and full-stack software engineer with 14 years of experience building product-focused engineering teams and ML-driven SaaS for retail automation from Chennai. He founded Delium Technologies to remove monotonous work in high-volume retail operations by applying AI to improve data quality, autonomy, and customer-centric tasks. Prior to founding Delium he held engineering and senior consultant roles at ThoughtWorks and HCL, bringing strong delivery discipline and systems-thinking to product strategy. Energized by high-energy teams and the unknown, he prefers tackling repetitive, large-scale problems that reveal leverage through automation. His practical blend of hands-on coding and entrepreneurial grit is rooted in shipping solutions that scale rather than chasing novelty. Notably, he co-founded a machine-learning SaaS, signaling both product-market focus and comfort with the operational challenges of deploying ML in production.
