Senior🎓
Top SchoolAsad Khan is a VP at Goldman Sachs and a physics PhD candidate at UIUC who blends nine years of experience across high-performance scientific computing and production AI engineering. He has built low-latency, high-precision deep learning pipelines for multimessenger astrophysics at NCSA and Argonne, and translated that research rigor into industry roles in finance and retail AI. Comfortable across research, software development, and systems architecture, he brings hands-on HPC, model interpretability, and scalable productionization experience to cross-disciplinary teams. Based in New York, he pairs a mathematician’s precision with a designer’s attention to detail—self-described “Debug_Artist” and hybridizer—making him effective at turning complex physics problems into reliable, deployable ML systems.
