Top SchoolAsh Caire is a Principal Site Reliability Engineer based in Perth with 13 years of hands-on experience building and operating resilient Linux-first platforms. He has progressed from running his own IT consultancy to leading SRE and platform teams at companies including Catch.com.au, iflix, Azenix, and currently UKG, bringing deep expertise in automation, infrastructure as code, and production reliability. Comfortable across virtualised and cloud environments, he has a track record of implementing monitoring, deployment and backup systems that reduce downtime and simplify incident response. Known for pragmatic mentorship and cross-functional collaboration, he blends operator instincts with platform engineering to scale teams as well as systems.
