Senior🎓
Top SchoolAsh Eldritch is a seasoned technical product leader, full-stack engineer and serial founder with 13+ years building startups and enterprise products from prototype to production. He co-founded and raised over $3M for Vital Enterprises, shipping industrial augmented reality solutions for complex manual workflows, and now is building a stealth AI startup while advising other AI/ML ventures. Equally comfortable in fundraising and hands-on engineering, he has led ML engineering efforts (including an agentic chatbot with chain-of-thought and RAG at Sourcetable), architected cloud-native full-stack systems, and recruited and scaled high-performing teams. A hardware tinkerer and hackathon winner, he builds unusual prototypes—from robot bartenders to room-scale simulators—and still treasures a cardboard arcade machine he built at eight. Based in San Francisco, he combines product intuition, systems-level thinking and gritty prototyping to turn ambitious ideas into usable, production-grade technology.
