Senior🎓
Top SchoolAsher Coren is a Senior Full Stack Engineer based in Israel with 11 years of experience building and scaling server- and client-side systems across startups and mid-stage companies. He has progressed from mobile and web development roles into technical and team leadership positions, most recently at Vim after leading full-stack teams at Totango and Amobee. Comfortable across Ruby, Node.js, JavaScript/React and ClojureScript stacks, he pairs hands-on coding with architectural ownership of databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Asher’s background includes both product-facing engineering and managing delivery for online learning and adtech platforms, giving him a strong product sensibility alongside technical depth. He holds a Computer Science degree and an MBA-focused MIS from The Hebrew University, which informs his pragmatic approach to engineering trade-offs. Colleagues would note his knack for moving between individual contribution and team leadership without losing focus on shipping reliable systems.
