Top SchoolAshutosh Solanki is a Staff Software Engineer with 10+ years designing and shipping resilient, high-availability microservices for multi-tenant SaaS on AWS, currently at Google after senior engineering leadership roles at Twilio and Micro Focus. He combines hands-on implementation (Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch) with product-architect responsibilities—driving monolith-to-microservices rewrites, real-time Kafka pipelines, and fast CI/CD-to-container deployments. Known for mentoring teams and owning on-call reliability for >99.99% uptime products, he also serves as product owner and prototyping lead to validate new feature directions. Based in Bengaluru, he brings a rare mix of deep systems engineering from embedded/industrial automation roots to cloud-native architectures, and a habit of experimenting with new technologies in his spare time.
