Top SchoolAshwin Pal is a VP of Engineering based in Toronto with 11 years of experience building distributed systems and leading cloud-native teams. He combines strong logical reasoning and hands-on development in Go and JavaScript with a history of managing DevOps and infrastructure at Cluep, where he progressed from software engineer to VP. His background spans IoT, real-time messaging (Kafka), and full-stack work across Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and multiple databases, reflecting a pragmatic polyglot approach.
