Top SchoolAsko Laitinen is an AI Testing Specialist and seasoned QA leader with 12+ years of experience building end-to-end quality strategies that blend automation, exploratory testing, and data-driven insights. He designs LLM-powered test frameworks and lightweight, LoRA-tuned agents for rapid, edge-friendly AI testing—prototyping and iterating without full retraining. Equally comfortable in traditional QA, Asko leads functional, performance, and security testing programs while integrating CI/CD pipelines and scalable automation frameworks (Python, Robot, Playwright). He mentors teams and drives QA governance to instill quality ownership across development organizations. Based in Greater Oulu, Finland, he pairs hands‑on engineering (Hugging Face/peft, Ollama, Cursor Composer) with a pragmatic focus on risk-based testing. A practical innovator, he often favors compact, single-purpose models and tooling choices that reduce compute and speed validation cycles.
