Senior🎓
Top SchoolAtanas Kirilov is a Senior Security Engineer based in Tokyo with nine years of hands-on experience uncovering weaknesses across web, application, native (C/C++) and hardware stacks. He thrives on peeling back layers of abstraction to understand how systems really work, a curiosity honed during a multi-year security career that includes roles at Deja vu Security (acquired by Accenture) and the Trustworthy Computing Office at Microsoft. At Woven City he applies that investigative mindset to automotive and embedded security challenges, while his background in penetration testing and security consulting ensures practical, reportable impact. A generalist by design, he connects gaps specialists may miss and mentors teams to improve internal processes and resilience. Outside engineering he competes and coaches volleyball at a high level, translating teamwork and adaptive strategy into clearer leadership and collaboration on technical teams.
