RockstarAthanasios Doukoudakis is a director-level software engineer and blockchain specialist with 7+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production-grade Substrate and Ethereum systems. He combines deep systems programming skills in Rust and modern C++ with practical DevOps expertise—Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana and scripted infra using Terraform/Ansible—to ship and maintain parachains and bridges. A certified Scrum Master who has twice guided distributed teams through agile adoption, he pairs delivery-focused leadership with mentoring and code-level contributions. Notably, he led Aventus’s migration to a parachain, implemented FRAME pallets, and integrated Ethereum-compatible smart contracts and an in-house sr25519 KMS plugin. Based in London, he brings a get-it-done mindset and a track record of refactoring complex codebases to enable faster upgrades and more robust deployments.
