Senior🎓
Top SchoolAudax Anchirinah is a Senior Backend Engineer based in Cologne with 11 years in software engineering and eight years focused on JavaScript/TypeScript full‑stack development. He has helped high-performance teams ship production-grade systems across fintech and security startups, most recently at Xaver after senior roles at SoSafe and Chipper Cash where he also led teams. Experienced in remote-first collaboration for nearly five years, he pairs strong communication and mentoring (active on Codementor and MentorCruise) with hands-on backend architecture and system reliability work. Audax brings a practical, problem-first mindset—“one line of code at a time”—and a knack for turning ambiguous requirements into maintainable systems. Known for mentoring emerging engineers and a wry GitHub persona, he balances pragmatic engineering with a taste for community and developer growth.
