Senior🎓
Top SchoolAudrey Simonne is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience building developer-focused platform tooling and product features across cloud and HR/payroll domains. She has shifted between hands-on engineering and product management—most recently at Valon and previously leading product and platform efforts at DigitalOcean—bringing a user-centered approach to infrastructure and access/resource management. Audrey excels at removing developer friction, having led developer experience initiatives and cross-cutting platform components that boost delivery velocity. Based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, she pairs pragmatic engineering with qualitative and quantitative research skills and writes about her thinking and experiments publicly. A curious tinkerer who says she “builds things and breaks things,” she blends systems-level thinking with a knack for simplifying complex workflows.
