Senior🎓
Top SchoolAugustin Šulc is a pragmatic technology leader and co-founder with two decades of experience designing and delivering enterprise systems across energy, automotive, insurance, logistics, biotech and travel. He blends hands-on engineering, architecture and people leadership—having built a travel-tech SaaS adopted by 25+ operators and led solution architecture for distributed data platforms in US energy and real-time biotech instrumentation. Known for translating deep domain complexity into maintainable, flexible architectures, he focuses on balancing technical debt against delivery realities and building teams that sustain systems long-term. Recently he’s been pioneering AI-assisted development practices—copilots, spec-driven frameworks and human-in-the-loop quality gates—applied both to product and consultancy settings. Based in Prague, he prefers pragmatic partnerships over polished proposals, and brings rare experience of having “sat in every seat” from developer to executive technical strategist.
