Top SchoolAugusto García is a Technical Architecture Manager with over 20 years in IT and 15 years as a software architect, currently leading infrastructure, development, integration and AI-enhanced SDLC initiatives at Repsol. He blends a programmer’s mindset with strategic leadership to simplify architectures, drive infrastructure-as-code, modern ALM and DevOps adoption, and accelerate delivery through containers and API-first design. He has built and scaled Repsol’s Digital Product Factory, shifting teams from project-centric to product-oriented value delivery while keeping pragmatic attention to operational detail. Comfortable at both the roadmap and code level, he excels at unblocking stalled initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams around predictable outcomes. Based in Greater Madrid, he brings deep Microsoft/.NET roots alongside broad experience in cloud, GIS, SAP integrations and enterprise platforms—an architect who chooses technology for fit, not fashion.
